Vehicle mileage check.
Volkswagen Assured Used vehicles are subject to a mileage check through a specialist independent company who obtain mileage information from many sources, including the DVLA at Swansea, and where necessary, endeavour to contact previous keepers to verify recorded mileage. To support your purchase, your Volkswagen Assured Van Centre will provide you with a mileage check certificate to show that the vehicle has been the subject of a mileage check.
Vehicle validation check.

Make, model, colour, engine size and number, door plan, fuel type and transmission as recorded by the DVLA. -
Date of first registration.
When was the vehicle first registered with the DVLA? -
Finance.
What outstanding finance is owing on the vehicle? -
Condition alert.
Has the vehicle been subject to a total loss claim? -
Stolen vehicle check.
Has the vehicle been reported stolen or missing? -
Plate transfer.
Has the vehicle been subject to transfers to hide a dubious history?
